How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, add the pieces you love to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be added soon.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We currently ship across India. If you are outside India and would like to order, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is packed gift-ready at no extra cost. If you would like a personal note included, add a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, store them in a dry pouch or box, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
